Who it is for and how it works
OnkoRadar Omni is an advanced cancer prevention package for healthy people of Slavic genetic origin with a family history of cancer who are looking for a comprehensive assessment of their individual cancer risk.
The package combines three key elements:
- Genogram analysis: a detailed account of the family history of cancer.
- PCR genetic test covering the genes BRCA1, CHEK2, NBN, PALB2.
- Test of 3 elements: arsenic, selenium and zinc, relevant to environmental and dietary factors.
Thanks to a cross-analysis of the data (the genogram, genetic tests and environmental tests), the package provides a holistic view of predispositions and risk factors and makes it possible to prepare personalised preventive recommendations.
If a high cancer risk is found, the package includes a teleconsultation with a cancer geneticist.

Preparing for the test
The genetic test does not require any special preparation.
The trace elements test requires an elimination diet for the 3 days before the test: do not eat fish, seafood, rice or rice products. Also avoid fish oils and omega-3 supplements (cod liver oil and similar), and stop any other dietary supplements containing zinc, selenium or arsenic.
On the day of the test, arrive fasting and stay well hydrated (drink only water; avoid coffee and tea).

Add results or take the tests
Do you have recent results (up to 12 months old)? Add them from your IKP (Polish online patient account), a printout or a photo, and the package price goes down. Any missing tests are done at a laboratory: just show the code from the app.

You'll see your results and a report with recommendations in the app. The assistant suggests your next steps.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to give blood?
No. If you have recent results (up to 12 months old), you can add them to the app: from your Polish online patient account (IKP), from a printout or from a photo. You'll do any missing tests at a laboratory. Tests you already have lower the price of the package.
Where do I do the missing tests?
At a partner laboratory. After your purchase, you choose a collection point and a time in the app, and at reception you show the code from the app. Come fasting, preferably in the morning.
When and where will I see my results?
In the app, as soon as the laboratory has processed them. We'll let you know, and your results will come with a report and recommendations. The result is for information only and does not replace a consultation with a doctor.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. When paying, choose and spread the amount over three instalments. You can see the instalment amount next to the price of each package, and the instalment terms are set by .
