Packages and results

How do I buy a package?

Choose a package and click “Buy package”. Enter your details, tick the consents and pay securely online. If you don't have an account yet, we'll email you a link to activate it.

Do I have to give blood?

No. If you have recent results (up to 12 months old), you can add them to the app: from your Polish online patient account (IKP), from a printout or from a photo. You'll do any missing tests at a laboratory. Tests you already have lower the price of the package.

Where do I do the missing tests?

At a partner laboratory. After your purchase, you choose a collection point and a time in the app, and at reception you show the code from the app. Come fasting, preferably in the morning.

When and where will I see my results?

In the app, as soon as the laboratory has processed them. We'll let you know, and your results will come with a report and recommendations. The result is for information only and does not replace a consultation with a doctor.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. When paying, choose Klarna and spread the amount over three instalments. You can see the instalment amount next to the price of each package, and the instalment terms are set by Klarna.

How do you protect my medical data?

We keep results encrypted, and only you and the people involved in your care have access to them. We don't store card details. We don't send medical data in emails or notifications.

Is this a medical app?

Wellysa informs you and shows you the way to a doctor. It does not identify or treat diseases, and the symptom assessment is for information only and does not replace a visit to a doctor. The symptom assessment uses Infermedica technology (a medical device).

About Wellysa and credibility

What exactly is Wellysa?

Wellysa is a preventive health system: users build a health profile, and tools (such as OnkoRadar and the Interna packages) help assess risk factors and choose personalised preventive steps.

Is this a medical app, and do you identify diseases?

No. Wellysa supports prevention and health education. It does not replace a doctor or tests. If anything worries you, we recommend a medical consultation.

How do we know it works / is "scientific"?

The methods are based on medical knowledge and developed by a team of doctors and scientists. We position ourselves as evidence-based prevention, not "wellness without foundations".

Who is it for?

For people who want to act before illness appears: especially those with a family history, a risky lifestyle, aged 30+, or who simply want to get their prevention sorted "in one place".

Partner programme: rules, money, settlements

What does partnership involve?

The partner recommends Wellysa to their audience, patients or clients through an individual code. For every activation of the services covered by the programme, they receive a commission.

How much can I earn and what does it depend on?

It depends on the number of activations and on which products customers activate (for example OnkoRadar, Interna or consultations). Put simply: the bigger your community and the more regular your educational content, the more consistent the results.

Is there a minimum payout threshold?

No. We settle every activation, with no minimum threshold.

When are payouts made and how does reporting work?

Monthly as standard: you receive an activation report and a payout as agreed.

Does the customer get any benefit from my code?

Yes. The code gives the customer a discount (for example 5%) and earns you a commission.

Do I need to run a business?

That depends on the form of settlement on Wellysa's side (B2B / contract). If you wish, we will adapt the model to your situation.

Materials, promotion and "what do I have to do"

Do I have to create my own content?

You don't have to. You receive ready-made materials (graphics and texts) with your code. You can also create your own, but always within the communication rules (so as not to promise "treatment" or "identifying diseases").

Can I edit the graphics and leaflets?

The safest answer is no. The materials are prepared to be consistent with the brand and compliant in how they communicate. If you need a version for your channel, we make it on our side.

Can I work offline (leaflets, a surgery, a gym)?

Yes. If you want to print, printing is on your side, and we provide the files and the rules of use.

How quickly will I get my code and be able to start?

After a short onboarding you receive your code and a package of materials, and you can start straight away.

Difficult questions (objections, risks, ethics)

Is it ethical for me to recommend Wellysa and earn a commission?

Yes, as long as your communication is transparent and based on value for the user. It is a partnership model, as in health education or affiliate programmes. The key is reliability and no medical promises.

Isn't this "scaring people about cancer or heart disease"?

No. We focus on calm prevention: "check your risk factors and plan your actions", with no sensationalism and without identifying diseases.

What if someone gets a result that worries them?

Wellysa directs them to a medical consultation and further steps. The tools support the decision about "what next"; they do not identify a disease.

Can I say that it detects cancer or heart disease?

No. The correct wording is that it assesses risk and supports prevention, and helps organise risk factors and recommendations.

Questions tailored to professions

A) Nurses and midwives

Can I recommend this to patients in my practice?

Yes, as a preventive and educational tool. What matters: no medical promises, and in line with the rules of your workplace.

Is this consistent with the role of a nurse?

Yes. Prevention and health education are a natural area for nurses. Wellysa can be an "add-on" that helps patients take action between visits.

B) Medical students

I don't have authority yet. Does it make sense?

Yes, if you present it as education and prevention, and as a "tool that organises the topic". Students often have great reach on social media and among their peers.

Will I get support on the content side?

Yes. You have ready-made materials and communication rules so that you can speak correctly and safely.

C) Personal trainers

Doesn't this fall within a doctor's competence?

No, because you talk about prevention and habits. Wellysa helps the client understand risks and motivates them to act (exercise, diet, tests), and refers them to a doctor when needed.

How can I combine it with training?

As a "preventive onboarding": the client creates a profile and receives recommendations, and you support them in putting habits into practice (activity, sleep, reducing risks).

D) Dietitians

Doesn't this compete with my service?

It rather helps. Wellysa can provide context and motivation, while you do the most important part: a real nutrition plan and ongoing guidance.

Can I use it as part of a consultation?

Yes, as an educational tool that organises the risk profile, without identifying diseases.

E) Oncology and cardiovascular staff

Does it make sense, given that patients are already in the system?

Yes, because prevention also concerns families, people in risk groups and patients "after" treatment, who need a plan of action and support in maintaining habits.

Do the tools take family history, genetics and environment into account?

Yes. This is one of the key differentiators: combining different types of risk in a single approach.

Organisational questions (getting started, contact, formalities)

How do I apply?

The simplest way is to contact us by phone, and then we will send you brief information and the onboarding.

How much time does it take per week?

You can start with 1-2 posts a week plus a pinned link or code in your bio. Regularity gives the best results, but you can start lightly.
