Who it is for and how it works
Not sure whether to see a doctor about your symptoms or whether rest is enough? Answer a few simple questions and within minutes you will get:
- possible causes of your symptoms, starting with the most likely,
- a recommendation on what to do next: self-care at home, a consultation with a doctor, a visit within 24 hours or urgent help,
- a suggestion of which specialist to see, along with a list of places where you can make an appointment.
The questionnaire is run by a medical algorithm developed and verified by doctors and clinically tested on real patient cases. You can complete it at any time, on your phone or computer.
The result is for information only and does not replace a doctor's advice. If you feel very unwell or the situation is an emergency, call 112.
The symptom assessment module is a class IIb medical device under the Medical Device Regulation.

Buy a package
Pay in full or in three instalments with Klarna. The package is added to your profile in the app.

Add results or take the tests
Do you have recent results (up to 12 months old)? Add them from your IKP (Polish online patient account), a printout or a photo, and the package price goes down. Any missing tests are done at a laboratory: just show the code from the app.

Receive your results and report
You'll see your results and a report with recommendations in the app. The assistant suggests your next steps.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to give blood?
No. If you have recent results (up to 12 months old), you can add them to the app: from your Polish online patient account (IKP), from a printout or from a photo. You'll do any missing tests at a laboratory. Tests you already have lower the price of the package.
Where do I do the missing tests?
At a partner laboratory. After your purchase, you choose a collection point and a time in the app, and at reception you show the code from the app. Come fasting, preferably in the morning.
When and where will I see my results?
In the app, as soon as the laboratory has processed them. We'll let you know, and your results will come with a report and recommendations. The result is for information only and does not replace a consultation with a doctor.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. When paying, choose and spread the amount over three instalments. You can see the instalment amount next to the price of each package, and the instalment terms are set by .
